Large room and very comfortable bed. Tropicana city mall is easily reachable, situated just 1 mile away. It was in general a GREAT experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Petaling Jaya. I was extremely impressed with the value for money. The room rate was incredibly affordable, especially considering the spaciousness and attention to detail in the decor. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, situated in the heart of Petaling Jaya and close to the business center. It made getting around the city a breeze. The staff at the hotel were also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my basic amenities were taken care of. it was a great experience.

Lisa De Inn is a hidden gem in Petaling Jaya. the prices are unbeatable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident, from the tastefully designed rooms to the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the staff are friendly and the service is commendable. Lastly, the hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to various places within Petaling Jaya suburb.
No significant issues were found during our stay.

The room and furniture were fine, and the bed and pillow were really fluffy and soft. The water heater and centralized air conditioning worked well. The hotel provided hot water upon request, so you can enjoy a hot drink in your room. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from a bar called "Rokaro" and there are cheap beers available at Speed Mart 99 or KK Mart nearby. there is a stall called "Jaleel Teh Tarik" where you can have a typical Malaysian breakfast like nasi lemak and roti canai.
The parking staff were not responsive to customer needs and seemed unhelpful. One of the parking guys even admitted to lying about the parking being full just because he didn't want to go down to the parking area.

Enjoyed Easter vacation Spent the Easter weekend at this hotel and really enjoyed myself. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a good, sized bathroom. the hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. I especially liked the fact that they offered free Wi, Fi throughout the hotel and a gym that was well, equipped.
Although there were many restaurants nearby, it would have been nice to have more variety within the hotel.
